EverHome Shipping Policy
We're happy to offer worldwide shipping so you can bring EverHome into your space, wherever you are.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- US & Canada: 7-15 business days
- International (all other regions): 10-20 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or high shipping volumes.
Order Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs Free shipping is offered on orders over $99 USD. Orders under this amount will show shipping costs at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, your country may charge customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Delayed or Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@everhome.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. EverHome is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
